If you selected Door to Door Courier as your shipping option when you signed up:

1. We will email you your tracking number

2. Delivery is by The Courier Guy

4. Select Track & Trace from their menu

If you selected Click & Collect as your shipping option when you signed up:

1. We use Pargo

2. Collect your order anywhere in South Africa at over 2500 pick-up points

3. Your order will be delivered to the pickup-point you selected

4. You will receive regular SMS updates on the status of your order
